Like presidential endurance should be just 1 year or 2, on all countries, presidents that take too much time on power, like the actual governants, don't do nothing, they have a nice salary, for like 4years, with the perspective of to be reelected. If their presidential holiday is just 2 years, then they will have to work. Also same for deputies and senators, the guy have the right of reelection but have to work, then they will be dispatched very fast.
