Serialization is always a problem, common indeed, Databases were designed to solve such issue. Applications also, as I am noticing born from 2 things, "you never have what you want", and Desktops are cool too. For example it is shame, like Rosegarden seems to be a nice tool, typical to get some "stake holder", there are some "flaws" or problems on MIDI rendering and as I remembering WAV export, but the user interface is pro.
Also, like millions of flat hypothesis, music don't cure problems with Math, what cures is dedication, there are no manner to justify a problem with another problem. Music is entertainment and another parts of the brain are cultivated. All resides on base education and where is your dedications. This should not even being discussed, flaws on the family environment lead to damage for the rest of the life, another thing that should not being considered as flaw.
