Some individuals like to insist about the association of intelligence with youth, the "new blood", the guy haven't lived enough, even that the individual hasn't read enough, and there are persons that still think "what he knows is enough". This is consequence of the bad example of those who assumed a presidency and learned to speak during the mandate.
